Unfriendly ... I assume shift supervisor. I ordered via the app, after the food arrives, she says that she cannot complete the payment process and that I have to go closer to the cash register with my mobile phone, which is absolute nonsense. She couldn't complete the order after endlessly hacking the touch keyboard. I then paid cash. At the seat I see my visa being debited ... and go to the cash register to get the money back. When I said that the food is getting cold, there was neither a thank you nor an apology ... just a ... I could have come later. Up to a point, I'm relaxed about everything ... but that's just plain incompetent and outrageous.
