Today there were long waiting times because everything was billed individually because of the offer code. Then you got confused with the output or could no longer understand who owns what. This caused frustration in the line of cars and bad-tempered customers. Something else has to follow in terms of the solution or changes. Maybe the team has ideas. Then there will definitely be more satisfied customers again. Good luck, grab it, then you'll make it.

Very little done in terms of infection control. No employees to greet and give instructions like in other branches, no disinfectants on the door, no glass partitions between seats ... We had a bad feeling.

My children were alone in the branch today and have been ignored for a long time. Then an employee took the order and then simply left it without saying a word, without finishing the requested items. Unfriendly ... I assume shift supervisor. I ordered via the app, after the food arrives, she says that she cannot complete the payment process and that I have to go closer to the cash register with my mobile phone, which is absolute nonsense. She couldn't complete the order after endlessly hacking the touch keyboard. I then paid cash. At the seat I see my visa being debited ... and go to the cash register to get the money back. When I said that the food is getting cold, there was neither a thank you nor an apology ... just a ... I could have come later. Up to a point, I'm relaxed about everything ... but that's just plain incompetent and outrageous.

Check your order! Every time without a single exception, something has always been missing. It's annoying to constantly notice on the drive in that something is missing. Sure, it's stressful to work at McDonald's, but it should be feasible to give everything out correctly.

Quite a small McDonald's. Well located right next to Zurbrüggen with lots of parking spaces. Striking here: the staff is very nice and everything looked superficially clean. Eating like everywhere at McDonald's, but the fries were even hot. Here you can take a break.
